Slightly OT, Normally I would just say that by accepting a repair you have accepted the bike and your stuck with it, but since you have had multiple repairs to this bike I would say you may be in with a good chance under the The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the incorporation of The Sale & Supply of Goods to Consumers 2002 which introduced the reversed burden of proof for suppliers) for a replacement, a rescission of contract taking into account the use you have had (damn near a full refund if we assume the bike should last three years and you've had, say, ten weeks of interrupted use - 93.6% refund) or a full rescission of contract (100% refund.) as the goods are clearly not fit for purpose.
Talk to Trading Standards, or consult a Solicitor who offers a free initial consult.
Might help towards the cost of a new bike!

the only problem is that i loose my £200 deposit that i put down before i got the bike but cant do anything bout that. ____________________ quay vipers all the way yeha |

Another bike shouldn't really be too much bother, have a look around eBay, best place if you know what your doing in my opinion.
But avoid anything with a name like SKYCO etc., it's more chinese shit. If it has no brand in the description, e.g. "NEW MOTORCROSS 125CC FAST BIKE GO" then steer clear, and if in doubt, ask here. ____________________ Don't practice it until you get it right, practice it until you don't get it wrong.

depends what you want, a 125?
if so it basically comes down to this:
2t speed and devilish good looks :
Honda NSR 125
Aprilia RS125
Cagiva mito 125
etc...
Or motocross/supermoto:
KTM exc's
Huskys
derbi senda 125 (4t though)
Aprilia mx/rx 125
AJP/GAS GAS
but all these bikes are pretty high cost and high maintenance...but so worth it!
or you can stick to the 4t's like the:
Honda cbr 125
Crack'a'jack chinese toys like the Lifans, Skygos etc
Honda cg125 etc ____________________ aprillia rs125 gp-1 2004 |
