Same thing everyone else says - go as north and as west as possible.
I took a run through the 'Geopark' couple of weeks ago and it was rather lovely (if a bit of a stretch on fuel if you're not careful).

Anything west of Inverness is fair game. Skye, Torridon, Ullapool, south a bit around Fort William, Rannoch Moor... you can't really go far wrong if you stay on the left hand side.
I don't really 'do' camping so the only one I know is the Sligachan campsite on Skye. |

Well as you're setting off from a similar location to me have a look at the trip we did. Looking to go back this year and take an extra day - 3 days was a bit of a rush and not quite enough time to do the road from Skye to Ullapool, but otherwise it was a great trip |

Been planning the route in mapsource, annoyingly I can only import them to google earth and not maps. Probably going to set off tomorrow morning, or maybe Monday.

The east coast of scotland i find boring so i would not bother too much about seeing that, Orkney is nice. I live in Ullapool m8 would recommend going north up to Durness or south down to skye. ____________________ Current: 2019 Yamaha T7 -> 2015 KTM Superduke R | 2000 Yamaha R1 Past -> 2009 KTM 990 SM -> 2005 kawasaki ZX10r -> 2000 Honda CBR 600 FY -> 2002 Honda XLV 125 Varadero
