 |
|
Can I fit a cigarette lighter to my bike? I have access to a variety of them from all sorts of car models, and I'm prepared to pay up to £30ish if I need to.
The bike I want to attatch it to is a fzr600 genesis '91.
I'm not sure if the battery is 6 or 12 volt, will have a look once dressed.
I assume, it could be simple enough to link it straight off the battery, BUT this would lose power quickly with the engine turned off no? So there would have to be some kind of ignition switch?
Cheers for any thoughts

HG do one for £12, if you want to make it work only when the engine is on , wire it up to the rear bulbs on a relay , but it shouldn't drain power if there is an incomplete circuit
I made my own for £2 ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will. In the end, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching. |
