Should this HA stick to the club rules and take the courts punishment?
Or should he tell the truth?

Discuss...

Given the bloke who was punched says it was 'Mr Timmins' who hit him, it sounds more likely that the guy's just spouting bollocks in the hope that he'll get convicted on a lesser charge. Courageous isn't the word I'd use for that.

Quite. He's trying to get charged for contempt instead of GBH. He was identified by the victim, and it was his bike that was used.

If anything, he's brought HA into disrepute.

Don't blame him for not cooperating with the courts. Neither would I. The way I see it it's up to them to prove you guilty. Why help them to get yourself convicted?

Burden of proof lies with the prosecution, he is free to lie or not comment as he sees fit in any attempt to get away with it.

That is how the courts work, and in general it works pretty well Thumbs Up

I think you probably know that one out of the three "facts" you present is not allowed.

If he was protecting another member of the 'brotherhood', surely the courageous option would be to take the blame for him Confused.

I dont really doubt that he did it, but our courts are meant to prove that someone was guilty of an offence.

Its all very well giving speeding tickets to the owner regardless of who was driving or riding, but gbh is a different matter.

Someone on Mr Timmin's motorbike punched the victim, but how can the victim know it was Mr Timmins, all he had was a license plate number.

I think Sean Timmins will get away with being charged under a lesser crime of the type that he would have us believe.

I know someone who claims to be related to him, and it is claimed that he is not just a hells angel, but the boss of the hells angels in wolverhampton.

Whether that is true or not, I cant be sure.

Its a shame that when people think biker, they are thinking of these sort of thugs, when most people with motorbikes arent like this.

The man at the petrol station must have done something to deserve a slap. I can't believe hells angels would have hit a normal bloke fuelling his car for no reason at all.

and the fact that identified it as him as he was probably wearing one of those tiny lids that show your face.

Im not so sure about that apparently your not even aloud to ask a member of a motorcycle "gang" for a light without being dragged outside. (This story was from another thread and was told by someone who drinks with them i think it was the 1%ers or somthing.) And why would you want to start something with him really, he looks like he could kill you just by looking at you.

until you piss them off in some way.
even a general mistake like spilling your drink on them, a normal person could dismiss that without causing a bloodbath. not a hells angel however.

HA, so big and scary they cant even own up to something. Laughing

If it was anybody else everybody would say that people who go round attacking others with no apparent reason should be locked up but because he's HA he might be alright and it's good to protect a fellow member.

What a load of bullshit. Laughing
