I have ridden from CityLinkExpress at Brent Cross, picked up a tyre then ridden out to a tyre place towards essex with it round my waist.
You wouldent want to crash with it round your waste so take it easy. should be fine. |

Bungee it or put it round your waist (if it will fit).
Personally I'd bungee it. I've been known to carry a PC tower strapped to the back seat of the C90 before, so a tyre should be fine |

I managed to get 2 tyres secured with loads of gaffer tape (not the gooey stuff) right around my top box. Worked a treat. ____________________ CBT February 2008 | A2 June 2008 | Yamaha YBR125 (written off) | Honda CBF125 (current) |

Cheers all...
Will hopefully just wear it, i am not massively overweight, but i am not a light weight
we will see...
17 inch wheel, which is the diameter, so the circumference will be ~50 inches.. should be well okay with that...
I assumed the 17 inch is the size of the wheel so therefore the size of the inside of the tyre.
Was just checking there wasnt a really obvious way that i had over looked. ____________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
