My TOm TOm one won't switch on. It does switch on if it's connected to the PC or if it's hooked up to the car charger. This is odd since, I can switch it on and then disconnect it from the car charger or the PC and it'll stay on. Anyone else have this problem ____________________ **** Don't ride faster than your angel can fly Get this Free Space

hello
It started doing it a couple of months back. It's very odd, it's like it needs to be on the mains power to startup, but after that it works fine and holds a charge for a few hours. it's find if I'm driving the car as it's on the pwoer, but when i want to take it on the bike (in a map reader pocket) the thing won't start up).

Wotcha.
Poke something small and pointy into the "reset" hole in the rear
( ooer Missus ).
That should do the trick. ____________________ Cheers.
