On my SLR650, the inside bottom half of the speedo mists up when its cold and wet meaning I can only really see the needle once it's above 30mph. Is there anything I can do about this or is it cause for concern at all?

I may be wrong, but it sounds like it might not be sealed properly as it's letting moisture in?

Tape up around the glass and see if it still mists up, if it doesnt then reseal around the glass. If it does then try taping around the case, keep this up until it stops then you'll find where its letting moisture in.
If you've taped up every seal you can find and it still lets moisture in then get used to it Very Happy

Also make sure the bottom half of the clock case it securely tightened to the top half. If it's easy enough to do - seperate the top from the bottom and make sure any rubber seals there are in good order.

get it sorted now before it causes the clocks to stop working, last thing you want is to go through a sh*t load of nonsense to buy new clocks and then have to get the mileage set.

Pfft, just do more than 30.

And practically no-one sets the mileage if they change the clocks. Way too much effort. Just make sure you get clocks with lower mileage than the previous ones!
