Why would you want one? is it for a track bike or by the sounds of it just to impress the pre teen girls? Waste of money for day to day riding on the roads. Confused

Apparently the trans-logic quick shifters are highly recommended.

I guess you want the dyno jet ones because they go straight into your PCIII though right.

Finglonga: I assume you dont have one then? thanks for your input all the same.

Big_Ham: Yes i did select the dynojet one due to its plug and play nature. If its made to work with items already on the bike then it makes life much easier.

Hi

If it was just cutting the spark then you would get a bang, which will damage your exhaust as time goes on.

Most are probably spark based as they have been around since the year dot and were designed to work on carbed engines.

All the best

Keith

The one that goes into the power commander cuts the fuel, not the spark. I've heard mixed reviews.

Flatshifter do 2 systems, one cuts the ign and the other the fuel neither backfires through the exhaust they have a soft restore system apparently which ramps back in slowly after the "cut" you can also do clutchless downshifts with them .
