I booked a cheapo travelodge, soI could stay and play all day, and rode back this morning. Here are some of the photos. It was a very small convention.

That is an impressive array of kit, can you imagine how excited you would have been as a kid if you had all that!

Don't quite understand that. There appear to be what look like "females" there. Or is this one of those psychometric tests?

There is an Aquarius 4th photo down.

I didn't take photos of everything. Like the Tatung Einstien or Jap import Famicoms etc

but there were no Commodore PETs there.

The ZX-80 and it's succesor the ZX-81 were the affordable face of home micros in the early 80s. The PET was around in the 70's and a very expensive bit of kit at the time, I did own one, but not until about 2003.

No. I sold them all and bought a motorbike. Cool

I did have a large collection. I still salvage stuff, and pass it on to those that do collect it.

I got over £1k for my calculator colleciton alone. Embarassed

some of what I used to own can be seen here, if anyone is interested;

Was also shocked to spot one near the back of the room, contemplating having her pick such a huge group of men, none of whom have any idea how to please her Razz

Oh god the memories! I was so jealous of a couple of school mates because they had an Amstrad (and one only had the green monitor!) whereas I was stuck with a Dragon 32. Didn't see my Commodore +4 in there either.

I may have to try and find an emulator and some old Dragon games.... (though I did find a Flash version of Chuckie Egg Very Happy ).
