im converting rs 125 to under seat exhaust, so it would mean lenghting the pipe between the chamber and can.

a GPR125 has an underseat exhaust, and pretty much the same engine.
would probably be easier and better to modify one of them to fit.

Keep the diameter of the stinger (pipe from expansion chamber to silencer) the same as it is now, and i doub't the performance will be affected in any noticable way. Diameter is far more important than length, and next is the severity of the bends. This point is not directly due to how it affects the pressure waves, but if you had two or more 90deg tight bends, then it would start to act more like a silencer baffle with a possible restriction to flow.

If the route to the silencer is very long, then id consider going up slightly in size after the exit from the chamber. Say a 2mm increase in bore size for a long run would be enough to ensure performance is not handicapped. Lots of 2stroke bikes have long pipes from the expansion chamber to the silencer, (Most trail/enduro/MX bikes for a start.
