Hey
Just Bought a Suzuki Gs125 of this chav prob stolen ? idk but does it matter?. i know him from a shop i work at because i always serve him lol. and he says its stolen and recoverd. but anyways if any one has one stolen i would give it back with some cash on top ofc. pm me.
anyways the ignition barrier is gone the hole clock is gone number plate is missing and all lights are gone. i wanna rebuild the hole bike for the fun of it. im doing a nvq mechanic course at collage so i wanna have expirenece with bike aswell with cars so if you guys can help me.
i take some new pictures tommoro

well the first thing to do before you even consider doing it up is contact the dvla, with the engine and frame numbers and see if it can be registered, if its been stolen and then recovered by the chav
then you may as well strip it down and sell the bits on ebay, or chuck it in the bin,
if you can register it at a later date then sweet, let the mission continue,
the gs125 is a reasonably simple bike, and not really much went wrong apart from rusing away,
you should be able to use a gn125 or gz125 ignition and wiring diagrams if you cant find the gs125 one ____________________ the humans are dead

If it is probably stolen as you say, yes, yes it does matter, you need to check it out, so you don't get done with handling stolen goods.

Do you realise how much work thats likely gunna take?
Id say in parts upwards of £200 just as a start, im expecting the C+S is knackered, your gunna wanna replace the lighting etc and god knows how bad the tank/exhaust is... ____________________ Current Bike: 1996 Yamaha TRX850 (The Japanese-Ducati One).

your theory could be right on the battery mate possible coil but if its been out collectin rust an not being run then it will probably need a new one, an a new spark possibly?
If it was me i'd try battery, sometimes batterys wont hold a charge at all when they get left unused. ____________________ Haz ER-5, innit! |

ahh u mean that pipe coming off the float bowl? thats sposed hang loose behind the engine tucked up neatly with the rest of the drain pipes in or hooped on the frame . ____________________ Haz ER-5, innit! |
