why does it need a bigger jet have you checked the colour of your plug if its white raise the needle to give it more fuel this will richen the mixture you will only need a bigger jet when you run out of ajustment.

I guess from any bike dealer or parts shop that sells Dellorto carbs and spares!

If you have an aftermarket pipe, then the pipe's manufacturer should be able to advise on the approximate jetting changes required, and in which direction if they are needed. If they can't then they will either tell you that it will not need any re-jetting work being one possibility, or else they have not tested the pipe properly on an actual bike, in which case you should send it straight back asking for a full refund.

Jets are available from here

https://www.pjme.co.uk/acatalog/Aprilia_RS125_Air_Filter__Fuel__Carburre.html

If you have the 28mm carb (standard) the main jet will be 120 (standard) so if i was you i would do a plug chop to make sure its not running fine before you buy jets. If it is a bit lean buy a few jets say 124,126,130 as all setups will need different jets.

Have you done a plug chop?

The general rule of thumb is, if you change the exhaust for a non standard, change the jet by 10%

But do the plug chop first.
