lol the rbp is the same as the kaistar and the skyjet f5 sport and the yuan renegade they cheep Chinese crap,(i know i got the rr7 sky jet hehe)
this does not take away they are a cracking bike for the learners and its been a pretty solid bike for me, but it is definatly not a bike for those who know nothing about them,
anyways i had this problem when i first got mine a year ago and there is 2 things you need to do, firstly you need to shorten the length of the fuel line between the carb and the fuel tap, for some reason i had alot of problems when i got down to half a tank and any lower it would struggle to start,
next you need to prime it, sounds weird i know but this is a good way to do it, make sure the battery is well charged and without choke spin the engine over for about 5 seconds holding the throttle about half way, this will make sure fuel enters the carb from the tank due to the very poor quality of the tank tap that runs by a vacuum pipe from the inlet manifold,
after you have done this twist the throttle 3 - 4 times with out the starter motor, there is a small pressure jet at the back of the carb that squirts fuel into the inlet as you do this and trust me it works on mine, then all you need to to is crank it over maybe a touch of throttle and it will burst into life,
if your carb is set properly it is slightly different as the choke works once you spend a few weeks fine tuning every thing but this should work, if it doesn't the reasons bellow are probably why,
1 the pressure hose from the inlet manifold to the fuel tap has come off or broken(poor quality rubber)
2 inlet manifold has split (again due to poor rubber quality[i have broken one])
3 fuel tank to low to feed tank properly (poor quality tank tap)
you can perminanly fix all the problems if you have a bit of time and a bit of money to put into them pm me if you need more info on parts that will fit etc
also as a final point check the kill switch hasnt been knocked to the wrong position (i have done this once or twice) there quite often is a spark though the coils again are poor and can be hard to see ____________________ "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 100 MPH THATS IMPOSSIBLE Its chinese OFFICER."
