They're slightly bigger than a normal horn, but lovely and loud. |

I know you said you've just gone and got one off flea bay and that you didn't want an air horn....
BUT;
I can highly recommend the Stebel Nautilus
They're very compact and very loud, I've installed them in several of my classic cars in the past and they've worked brilliantly. I know a lot of BMW riders that have fitted them, scares the hell out of other road users
Only downside is if you have a naked bike as they need to be mounted as close to the vertical as possible and also could do with being protected from the elements by a fairing.
Worth a look though, good price for the decibels and always gets people looking around wondering where the hell the truck is (ear plugs essential).
PS if you do fit one then DO NOT test it whilst inside a garage, it hurts! |

That one, no other comes even close. Your just wasting money buying anything else. I put one on every vehicle I own. ____________________ Andy Sez....

lol, granted they are a lot bigger than the standard little tea bag sized ones but are still remarkably compact for such a loud air horn.
There's usually some void behind the fairing that it can be squeezed into, if you do a Google search for your bike I'm sure you'll find someone that's fitted one before.
They are well worth it though, no one can possible say they didn't hear you when you 'beeped' them |

Could do it like this CLICKY if you don't have enough room but no reason why not.
Make sure you go for the 'Compact' Nautilus as the other one is a big lump and that's when people have trouble fitting them. ____________________ Andy Sez....

Mine has not worked for months, got MOT coming up in April, i will probably see if a shop has a an old spare lying around, i never use it much anyway when they do work, its too reliant on someone else doing something, i prefer revving the tits off the bike or evasive action in lieu of a horn blast ____________________ [Current Bikes - GSXR-750 K5 & C90-97 ] [Previous Bikes: Runner 125, YBR 125, GS500, Bandit 600, Hornet 600, ZX6R-99, C90-99, R1-99, XT600E-04, GSXR-750 K4, CRF250L '16] |
