edit: I know the url says that the pic is "europe_2006/france-1.jpg" but is that actually in France as it's so similar its uncanny Confused

Yep definately in France, not far from the border with Spain. Not sure exactly where as it was over 2 years ago.

Great pictures my trip was not like that scenery.Also fire wood can be had closer to home in pre-pack bags lol.

I'm pretty sure this is the Gorge of St George in the foothills of the Pyrenees, on the d118 I think. Went thru there a few years ago. Stunning place. What was great was we came across it purely by chance...
