Red Light Ticket Question

Hi,

The other day I was riding through Bath and the light turned orange so changed down and pinned it but though to not paying enough attention:
a) I was far too far away to make it
b) It had a camera on it

The camera didnt flash but my question is, after checking my documentation, the bike is not regestered at my parents current house of address (i never regester to my uni houses due to changing each year).

I got a course book sent to my old house address by mistake (on amazon) and i never got it. So this makes my quite worried as ignoring a ticket is never good.

So if i get a ticket for this (which i would hold my hands up to) it will be sent to my parent old house, so is there a way of checking if i will get one?
