Yes , its why I replaced all the bolts with 9p stainless steel ones I can easily source and have 100s of them so it doesn't matter if I lose them.

yep happens to me all the time, ill search the garage for ages, then give up, and then find it inside on the coffee table,
im terrible with tools as well Very Happy
ive found the best thing to do is when you remove a bolt or nut, screw it back to the place it came from after you have removed the part.

I have the complete oppersite, I put the fuckin thing back together and have bolts left. Once there was a pretty big one left, I still haven't found where it went.

i'm the same with having stuff left over from when i take stuff apart

ive just finished re-building my bike and for the life of me i dont know where the bolts and washers ive got left over go Embarassed

I have the opposite problem i took the fairing to bits to give it all a good clean and now i have 3 spare screws Question
