Are you sure it's oil? The water jacket is completely separate from the gearbox oil. I think it wouldn't run for long if there was a passage between the two before it seized up. Do you have water in the oil?

Drain the system and put fresh in, could just be crap in there from previous owner etc.
If it is oil i highly doubt its from the engine matey. Thinking about it i cant find a way for oil to get there via the engine. Like baldy said . . completly seperate.

Without knowing anything about the 'prillia 50 engines I would say the only likely place to have the coolant and the gear oil coming together would be at the water pump, unless it's driven off the crank.

Are you finding oil in your coolant or coolant in your oil?

Oil in coolant.Ok and I have few more questions. Why does it overheats? It doesn`t start from the button not even with the iridum spark plug, just bumb start, and when I accelerate I have to rev the shit out of it to go if not it dies, and it is really annoying and stresful

Needs a bump start and needs high revs to keep it going means you have very little compression if my memory serves me correct, thus needing a top end rebuild, if you want to proove this theory get hold of a compression tester.

Not sure on the oil in coolant yet..

It could be a few things, the mechanical water pump seal could be leaking ot the head gasket. If there is oil in the water you have a serious problem. If it overheats all the time it may seize up.

I have checked the piston and the rings and they are perfect.I only have 1000 miles with this piston.Could it be gaskets?

How did you check them? Just looking at them wont tell you if they are worn out. It could be the bore that is worn. Do a compression test first. If you have had the engine apart you will have to renew the gaskets or they will probably leak. If you have changed the piston, did you change the rings, small end bearing, circlips and gudgeon pin and gaskets?

I have had this before on cars that I have owned, not on any bikes though.

Was always a head gasket problem.

Just because the gaskets LOOK ok doesn't mean they are, they could be warped, and if so could be a cause for your oil in coolant problem Thumbs Up
