Why would you get one over, say, a 400cc supermoto, seeing that you've got your bike test booked for a few days time, apparently?  |

DT = slower but more reliable, cheaper to run/fix/rebuild
RX = quicker, more servicing/rebuilds, parts expensive/extortionate/less common to find at reasonable prices..
if you get an RX expect to spend more time rebuilding/waiting for parts than riding it (not so bad if its a weekend toy)..
If you go down the DT route then your choices are a DT125X or DT125R conversion which imo is better, looks wise for a start (the older ones were quicker too since alot of the newer engine was tuned for reliablilty) and the ones with the YPVS pegged are more fun to ride when hooning it Another thing about the DT's if you get one is wait and find an original unmolested then mod it yourself..
EDIT... for the money you might aswell get a 4t.. DRZ400,CCM404 (better than the DRZ)... after riding a 400 sports all the time anything 125 is gonna feel like riding a 50.. ____________________ 04' DT125RE (run-a-bout) // 89' DT125R (rebuilt + supermoto conversion)
