aeroxs dont have ecu's stop listening to chavs
cdi restricitions wont cause the problem , the engine wont rev high enough to be anywhere near the restrictor
yeah stiffer clutch springs and setting the rollers up properley will sort the problem out for you , how does the bike sound between 25-38 ? could be a carb problem the needle might need adjusting |

okay
so do you reckon 3.5 rollers will do the trick?
and are they a pain to fit because i have a very tight budget
and ive also heard that an uprated drive belt will make a big difference but im skeptical about it |

I've definitely run it in (about 500 miles) and my acceleration's increased but I've lost 5mph top end
I have had new jets fitted but the mechanic reckons with a little bit more playing and uprating them it could be running better.
Unfortunately its been the mot tax and insurance time so all my moneys gone on that. Oh yeh and on a bloody parking ticket!
I don't get it though it's only one step up from a pedal bike haha.
Anyway I should be getting the new clutch springs and rollers in the next 2/3 weeks
By the way as anyone got any idea on fixing breaks because I think mine are starting play up, I'm thinking of bleeding them but I'm not sure.

Updates about the bike.
Ive ordered the parts they're due anyday now
Im also getting the jets sorted soon because i took the exaust off yesterday and it was covered in excess petrol and gunk
but it should be all sorted out soon
ive also got a bit of a stupid questions, a mate of mine replaced the engine on his 125 majesty the other day, twice, as the idiot poured 2 litres of oil in the first replacement engine and oil began pouring from the spark plug hole....
anywho the transmition from it is what im intrested in, im wondering if there is any chance i could swap the gear ratio's about and it would still work without killing my bike..
anyone any ideas? let me know please |
