hello,

searched all "powervalve" issue and cant seem to find a thread. plsc an ou point me in th eright direction if so.

Powervalue issues:

when i turned th ekey, the servo just kept moving back and fourth!

I bought a new control box and all seems fine, when i turn ignition, it does the test (not that iv seen a propper test but look slike one) then stops.

Great, problem fixed!

i hear the pv kicks in about 8000 revs or so however mine doesnt? i havent attache dit as i guess it make sno difference however the servo does turn if i rev right up?

Now is this likely to be an issue with the servo or the control box?

If its the control box il need to try send back quick sharp as he said it works fully. If its not likely to be this, is it likely to be servo or connections/wires? if wires, which ones do i need to check if at all possible!!??

Also, what controls the servo eg, hwo does it now when it reaches a certain rev pls?

Many Thanks

Are the cables from the servo connected to the power valve ?, or badly adjusted, as they do get worn and stretched over time. is the valve possibly stuck

I think you need the cables attached from the servo to the power valve so when it turns on to self test it needs to check the movement and valve poistion if my memory serves me right..
