Hi, not sure on the specifics for this bike, but I have found FI bikes are restricted normally in one of two ways (there are others).

Throttle stop and the ECU itself. Did you get the bike restricted? Does it have a certificate? The Triumph one from memory specifies how it was restricted. How far round does your throttle go? Have you checked to see if there is any mechanical stop (it'll probably be by the throttle bodies).

If it's ECU, you should have a 'spare' one.

I'm sure there are lots of other ways you can restrict a FI bike though.

if its fuel injected it will be a throttle stop at the end of the throttle cable. this reduces the amount the throttle can be opened.

just follow the throttle cable to the end and unbolt the stop that is preventing it from moving all the way round...

then in the airbox you will have 4 washers which you just need to find and pull out. job done Thumbs Up

if its a fuel injected older model, then there will just be 4 washers in the carb rubbers between the carbs and engine.
hornet example...

take off tank, airbox and undo the clamps on the carb rubbers, lift the carbs out the way and pull the washers out.

if you were given a CDI unit when the bike was restricted then you need to put that one in. if you werent given one then the CDi is fine.

Hope this helps. Carl. Thumbs Up Very Happy
