The kit you have would be helpful, but what you need to do is find a gasket kit for the big bore you have.

thinkin about it, the standard 50cc one should fit really...

just because the hole in the middle of the cylinder gets bigger, doesnt mean all the gaskets have to be bigger?

all the cylinders, cylinder heads ect.. are all the same size.

no there not?!?!?

the 70cc will have a larger diameter than the 50cc

how do you think they increase the volume???

bigger piston inside, more compression etc...

but the cylinder doesnt change, just the hole in the middle (dont know the technical name for it)

the diameter of the cylinder sleeve (the inside bit of the cylinder ) is increased, and seeing as the gasket that seals that is an o-ring, youl need a bigger o-ring.

also, the size of the entire barrel is bigger, to allow more water around the cylinder to help cool more. due to the extra heat being created.

so yeh, maybe the base gaskets would be the same, but all the top end ones will be bigger on a 70.

hmm, im not sure!!
i have a 50cc, 50cc re-bore, 70cc and an 80cc kit in my garage, i may check soon if i feel abit better.

ok, i can tell you that the gasket kit you sent him will not fit.

also im sticking to my guns on this one, iv went and checked and all the cylinders are the same size, the top gasket is the same, the 4 small 0-rings are the same and the main seal around the piston is the same!!

but not in your case as the piston seal and the 4 o-ring seals are one piece, which means you need a proper one to fit your cylinder head.

also. i have a compleate set that would fit your bike spaire Rolling Eyes

im honestly not sure!!

i dont think you can buy the ones CHR15 showed you, as they dont fit your cylinder head.

you will need to find the make of your cylinder and ask the shop if they sell the gasket sets.

that kit will work,

you may have looked at the blocks, but did you look at the heads???

they will be different!!

they have to be, the only way to change the capacity is to change the bore diameter!!

i dont think it will, the way his cylinder head is shaped, they need the same piston seal and o-rings as i have in my pictures and the one he has.

not individual ones.
