building your bike

Basically me and a friend are thinking of making a road legal pit bike to f*ck about on why we have nothing to do as we have left school. So if i was to buy a frame how do i get a v5 etc etc all help appricated cheers.

It'll still need a V5 certificate to render it road legal. If there isn't one, then you have to register the VIN plate number with the DVLA.

Ask the seller if it has a V5, or if it's even got a VIN.

yea id do a project but tbh im struggerling to find any ive tried ofviously ive tried ebay and tbh i kinda had my heart set on a road legal pit but im open to a project by all mean!
