Hi, first thing is to check your chain is at the correct tension. If thats ok then its likely to be worn dogs on the gear pinions, or the stopper arm isn't seating properly. Or if its a Honda then be firmer with your boot

build quality looks ok, but that means nothing if the previous owners were twats. |
im keeping the exhaust stock, there like £300 anyway, will keep the carb stock but upjet a few sizes, you only need a fuse for the powervalve.
if you de-restrict the exhaust, airbox and put the fuse to work the powervalve, they make up 25bhp, so thats sound.
also, its still under warranty for 2 month or 14th month, not sure if you get 1 year or 2 year warranty with em. ____________________ Gilera SC 125 - Current
