hi all,

doing a complete rebuild on the mito.

was wondering...does the arrow engraved on the piston ment to point towards the exxhaust port or the inlet/powervalve port?

i allways thought it was exhaust.

just wanted to make sure before it all goes back together.

cheers Thumbs Up

As a side note to the above, the other way to check which way round your piston should go is to look at the the little stops on the ring grooves. These should face the inlet side of the barrel, otherwise you could risk getting the ends of the piston rings getting trapped in the exhaust port... Thumbs Up
