My radiator cover vibrates horibly when im on the bike.

Not loose bolts its in the middle at the bottom that had no support and vibrates, making loads of Thumbs Down noises.

Any help?

You would probably be better off asking on the Hornets Nest, anyway are you sure its not just loose bolts, Torque everything up around the area of the noise and see if it makes a difference.

Wasn't it you who damaged their rad when a stone hit it? Laughing

To the OP:

Are you sure it's the rad? If you're positive then check the bolts out... some of the bolt holes in the rad have a rubber grommet on them... make sure they are all there.

i had that trouble too...
but the holes in my radiator cover were abit big for the bolt.
so i bought 4 little rubber gromits and drilled the holes in the radiator bigger, put the gromits in, loctite on the bolt and put it together. worked fine.

it must be the bolts, unless the rad cover is really thin and flimsy??

It's beowolf cover. It's 2mm thick. I'll take it off tonight and get some grommets. Thanks
