Hello
Welcome to bcf!
I have had a similar idea to you as well- Im finding the car rather expensive to travel to uni everyday so I'm in the middle of doing my A2 (cheaper and couple other reasons) and hoping to get a bike the beginning of next year- will be much cheaper on fuel, parking, and wont have to pay for the toll bridge lol
I would highly recommend the cg, lovely bike |

Plus you'll get the enjoyment of riding a bike and not having to wait around for the bus lol
The course Im on has placements too, generally lasting for three months each. My last one would have been lovely to go up and down on with a bike but never mind lol Always the next one
Anyway, enjoy your cbt and bike hunting! |

Nope, havent got a bike at the moment. (due to being broke ) I had the choice of getting a 125 or paying for the training and do my test. So decided to get my test out of the way and get a bike for next year.
My other half has done his cbt and A2 training on a cg which is a lovely bike whereas I have been using a yamaha sr. Out of the two, a cg is better by far lol A lot better fuel economy and a better ride I think |

I dont think you can go far wrong with suzuki- its a very good make. Just had a quick look around online, they seem to be very good 4 strokes with a strong build and cheap insurance group |
