Some cvnt kicked my bike over

So after the Gt been in the garage for a month with an unknow noise, and then off the road for a week whilst diagnosing a broken relay. I finally got it all sorted last night.

So today was my mum's birthday, and been a typical bloke I left it too the last night to get her a present, I had no idea what to get her so I went and picked up clo, then set off for town. Got the presents, and headed back to Louth. Pulled up at her house and then went in for a fag and coffee at about 11pm.

Came out at about 12.15am, to move her brothers bike, when a taxi driver pulled up next to me and said (points down road) "That bike anything to do with you mate" Looked down the road and saw my number plate on it's side and thought that some drosy tit had just booted it off or something.

Walked over and saw my bike laid on its side in a nice big pool of petrol that lead down the street (been laid there for a while me thinks). I then remembered that it is a bit of a heavy brute, so did the turn around trick with my hands under the tank. When I got it up I noticed that the bar was broken. Which rather pissed me off, then checked it to see if it had fallen off the stand, which just from looking at the angle of it there is no chance of that. So I went and got a torch to check the stand and stuff, which is were I noticed a nice big boot print on the side of the tank.

Now this is where it gets interesting.

I can't remember is I posted about it last year, but when I 1st got with clo one of her ex's was trying to kill me by:

Undoing my rear spindal,
Undoing my brakes,
Letting my tyres down,
Ect, ect, ect

I had the misfortune of having to see him on Sunday night, where him and his friends were constantly slagging of her and her family, leaving me to try and 'protect' her. Which nearly ended in a fight. Last night on the way back to hers, we past him walking home, and I know for a fact that he walks past hers on his way, now around the time he would have past, would be within the time that it happend. Because the river of petrol that had run down the road would have suggests that it had been like that for atleast half hour.

I have been thinking of asking the hotel and spar up the road if they have CCTV from around the time to see if he walked past, what else could I do? I have already phoned the police.

This leads me on to the fact that today when they went round to check the bike, they phoned my house and told me it must have been stolen aswel because they could not find it when they drove down there, this is dispite me telling them that I had put it in clo's garden for the night due to not been able to ride the 11mile home with a broken r/h bar.

Well the police have just phoned me, and I have given them the guys name who I suspect, and they said that they will be checking the CCTV for around the time it happend. So hopefully justice will be served.
