what film would you make/remake...

We had the best/worst films of all time threads but what film would you make or remake, you direct and cast it, so who would your cast be? what would it be called? and finally what would it be about?

I have tried thinking of one myself but with so many ideas to choose from at the moment I am undecided but will post an idea at some point.

Mad Max 4 It would star Gibson & wouldn't have any Hollywood crap, all stunts would be done by stunt men with zero CGI.

The first two movies had bad guys that were quite intimidate on screen, especially the first with Toecutter unlike the 3rd, the bad guys were laughable, especially with Tina Turner as their leader.

The film would go all out on violence, not watering it down for the audiences of today.

The movie would be an 18 certificate, it would contain ultra violence & most likely be banned in Australia.

I'm not good at story's so can't think of how this movie would pick up after Thunderdome, somehow.

And if you didn't already know, they're making Mad Max 4: Fury Road https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1392190/ without Gibson. So expect the usual butchering that Hollywood is best at.

Other movies would have to be.

THE FILM TITLE
The Gift / Carrie 3

THE STORYLINE
I would base the film around twins a boy and a girl, but I would make them popular kids as opposed to the Heroines of the last 2 who were outcasts, (I'd loosely base the story around the original novel rather than the film as I find Stephen King s books are always superior to their movie counterparts). The story would have the twist in the tale that the boy also has the powers and it would be slightly more graphic than the others (without being a gore fest I find that films nowadays confuse gross with horror and it doesn't work).
However because they are twins they would have a sort of unrealised telepathic link that can be combined to make them more powerful than their original counterparts, also the relationship between the twins would be slightly incestuous because of the psychic link. and the result would be a full realisation of their powers and after being wronged in some way the pair would destroy their tormentors and pretty much the whole town. The movie would start out all light and typical high school type movie but as the twins are wronged turns darker (in a Tim burton way without becoming ott).
