Anyone had a crack at this? A work buddy is border line obsessed, sounds and looks interesting, any thoughts?

A link would be nice, in that without a link all we can do is postulate about what it might be (being too lazy to search for it myself).

However just from the thread title, it could be an RPG about visiting red light districts , or it could be about visiting red light districts with an Rocket propelled grenande.
