I'm doing alot of muscle building yet again... (its ok its all in vain, i'll just get the swing of it and get hospitalized)

Atm agressive music seems to fit the bill, mostly metal and rap :-
De la soul - respect, Much more
Rise against- (a few too many)
Mobb deep - Survival of the fittest
Biggie Smalls - (a few too many)
Doomtree
Avosetta
Pendulum
and Iron Maiden

just to name a few, have you got some that give you the motivation etc?

Watching these gives me great motivation, probably the most played songs when working out. Smile

De la soul - Much more

One of my favorite songs, brilliant.

Isn't it amazing how much motivation you lose when there's no music whatsoever.

I find a bit of black dahlia murder gets the adrenaline just right before a bench press
