Check the fuse, but if everything else is working then then it's probably not this.

Won't be the CDI(the brains), because I get the impression it starts.

Check for any burnt wires around the part that's faulty, or any that are 'kinked' out the ordinary.

Is there any electrics working with the bike not running?
Battery charged enough?

You haven't worded that very clearly. It sounds like it could just be that you pulled over and then your bike cut out - indicating that it's a bike cut off switch on your side stand that is the problem. Otherwise if some of the electrics are working (obviously you are sparking if it works after a bump start) but not others you should get it checked out by someone who knows what they are doing with electrics.

Does the bike have a kill switch on the handlebars you may have knocked?

It's better to give full exact symptoms here before investigating and messing with things on the bike that are fine. Thumbs Up

Sounds like a dodgy connection, I've had that before.

Best thing to do, is jiggle the wiring in various places until you hit the spot where the break is, then replace that section.

does it happen when you turn left/right or over bumps; just going straight..?
