I'm pretty sure some infections and ear infections could cause this temporarily, but it's free to get it checked out by a doctor so that would be my advice too ____________________ will never give up his CG. I look at my fuel gauge more as a progress bar than a fuel gauge.

ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston? |

Hi
Yes, sounds about right.
My father has it very badly, but hasn't really ridden bikes much since the 1960s (has one now but it doesn't do many miles).
I have a very mild high pitched white noise in my ears (not surprising as I never really used ear plugs until I got the moulded ones), but my hearing seems to have suffered more than that would suggest (I find it far harder to distinguish one particular voice in a noisy area than I used to).
When I was about 6 I got sent by school to have my ears tested as they thought I was deaf. It came out as perfect, at which point they realised I wasn't deaf just taking no notice as I was bored .
All the best

Its good to know that its common as I have been finding it quite distracting in work, I work in IT so I can be sat in silence when trying to work something out and eventually it comes through this high pitched meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee in both ears in stereo.
I guess its not as bad as some of you guys, you have my utmost sympathy
I am going to get my ears tested again and see if a good cleanout will help. What sucks is that I have just got Logic for the MAC and am trying to learn that, oh well down the volumes goes ____________________ VFR FI 2000- Shiney Red Thing

I also suffer from tinnitus. I put it down to too many high volume metal gigs over the past 15 years. I've just started wearing earplugs to gigs, should have started years ago. |
