just read your other post, looks like you took our adivce and took the auto choke apart .
no idea how it goes back together!! but in terms of the mixture screw, i remember you saying about r/c helicopters. same principle as that. screw it all the way in (without forcing) then about 2 and 1/2 turns out. then just make tiny adjustments there, because that will be enough to get it running for sure.

mmm,
If only it was as simple as a helicopter heh.
I think i'm going to get hold of another auto choke maybe with a new carb. I'v spent so long on this and the carb is only around 30 bucks. Hopefully that will be setup in a ballpark range
Cheers for the advice there though !
Valuable lesson learnt, always expect at least one mental spring in there somewhere to make everything explode appart heh!
