Me and Ghost went for a ride today so Ghost could get used to his new ZX6R and apart from the thick layer of grit wherever we went we had a good ride taking in the Evo Triangle, parts of the A5 through Snowdonia and a bit of roundabout surfing Cool I took my camera but really struggled with the harsh light and I think Ghost totally stole my photography abilities for the day!

We started by taking some shots of Ghosts new bike:

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2829.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2827.jpg

Then moved on to session a crest in the road:

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2848.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2864.jpg

Urm, everything is A-OK!

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2868.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2871.jpg

Some random dude on a classic bike owning a BMW!

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2876.jpg

The kwackers together

We then moved on to the mountains as I wanted get a shot of me on this corner having previously shot Salty here when the Midlanders invaded North Wales last year, it's fair to say Ghost totally nailed the shot Very Happy :

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2889.jpg

We carried on down the A5 to Bangor and got lost on a roundabout. It took us both about 6 laps of said roundabout to find our way... Laughing

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2910.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2934.jpg

KD total fail! ^^^

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2912.jpg

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v331/serenaur/IMG_2938.jpg

We had a good ride and are hoping this weather continues so we can get some more dry miles in!

Was a wicked ride, great way to get used to the new bike! Had only done 200ish miles on it when these pictures were taken so I'm still being a bit careful! Next time we go out for a ride they should be getting more impressive!

It doesn't matter if they're any good, get them up! It's all about getting people hyped up to ride again after the freezing winter we had Thumbs Up

I do love your threads, the imagry is nothing short of epic.
I've allways thought Ghost makes a good subject aswell, I like his form on the road and you capture him very well. Thumbs Up
There's talk in our camp of a rideout into Wales soon and the numbers are big,
all the regular suspects and a few old and new faces that I haven't yet met.
So if you've got permissions for the mids section then have a mooch, if not then PM me and I'll gather the details.
Would be good to meet up if you're both available around the time.

/Edit: Props for the bike again, I do love that thing! Smile

Me (blurry Laughing):

As I said, not as good as yours.

In the last couple of weeks I've done 180 miles. May not sound a lot to some people, but when you consider I only did 700 miles from May to November last year, it is Laughing

Was that aimed at me or KLR600?

I knocked the brightness down slightly (because my camera makes everything look really pale), increased the contrast and increased the saturation.

I'm guess KLR has increased contrast and saturation.

Had you been drinking? Laughing

With the adjustments I do, I would say it makes it look more natural.

In the last week I've done 480miles... half of that was just las weekend. Nanananana! Laughing

Some nice pictures though Chives Thumbs Up
I'm guessing that Rob uses a vivid setup as standard anyway, I don't know why but I allways prefer the brighter more saturated images...
I think it helps things to stand out and I'm just a tart like that. Razz
