blue smoke indicates that you are burning oil,
so probly duff rings,
or a scored barrel

If it is predominantly on startup, then it is more likely to be the valve stem oil seal.

check oil level, putting too much in causes this problem! Be sure to check level when the bike is upright.

well the bottom end of the engine i put the top end on was kinda dirty from sitting outside for awhile, so there might have got dirt in it, with would of caused a scored cylinder, but does that seen i will have to re bore it again? because i already re bored it two oversizes like 5 mouths ago.

Did you check the oil level as said?

It must be burning oil somehow; as said it's probably a worn valve seal or the rings. There's not really any other way for oil to get into the combustion chamber Thumbs Up

yes, but back to the origional question. Has it got TOO much oil in it? because if it has it will burn the excess oil, and there might not even be a problem with the engine itself.
Or even has it got the correct oil in it, the right viscosity and brand to what the service manual says.
