Right! TodayI've been thinking and thought perhaps that doing a couple of courses in bike mechanics & spraying would be a good idea. As know doubt it will be a godsend of useful knowledge to the future of my biking.
Just browsing the net and I'm finding it hard to come by to find any course near me. Can anyone help me with some contact details at all Question or know where to ask I'm gonna try asking the bloke who painted dru's bike the next time i see him and our local friendly mechanic

Cheers if anyone helps.

I kinda considered something similar earlier on in the year, but found out that they are all college-based courses, and so follow a term/semester-style time scale, i.e. over 15 weeks or something. The more basic course is open to everybody and is usually a few hours every evening. However, in order to get a proper City & Guilds jobby, it's a 2 year course with a work placement.

I was thinking of doing teh basic bike maintenance course at a local college, but woth the prospect of a Pub looming I don't know If I'd get the time.
Just ask at your local college, see if any do the course.
