Am I right in thinking that the examiner asks you to pull over at the side of the road at some point in the test? Is there a set number of times or just once? What's the procedure to follow and what happens when you pull over? Do you just get told to move off again or do you get off the bike etc? Thanks in advance |
As others have said, you will be asked to pull over a few times as they want to check certain things. Don't panic if they ask you to pull over many times, it's just part of the test. (I think I've been asked to pull over 4 or 5 times)
Things they definitely want to check is to see how you do an 'angled start' and the hill start.
Also, one small thing. If I'm right, you should only start indicating when you're ready to move and it's already safe to do so. (that means no cars are coming, done all the checks, etc...) If you sit there while indicating, that might cause some driver to slow down to let you out, which could cause problems.
Though I'm not that sure on this one, so ask your instructor. |
