Right, this happened a while ago and stopped for a while, now its back and worse.

When it first gear coming to stop it wont shift to neutral and even finds it hard moving, so i have to stall it then try, now however I can't even do that, i have to put the engine switch off and reach over with my arm to manually shift which is now not possible.

When moving off, changing gear to second, it will go into this gear then fall back into neutral causing it to over-rev, this is happening alot with the gears its not hitting into the correct gear and slips back - even with alot more kick to the lever.

EDIT: At first i thought maybe the chain was dry or something but its perfectly lubed up, lever is sort of loose and has been tightend but problem still exists.
