Tried to take my rear disc off the wheel last night managed to get two bolts off but can't budge the other two, anyone got an ideas as I need to take it off to have the wheel powdercoated tried hitting the allen key with a hammer as I was getting peed off, now the nuts have started to round off ! any ideas ? Have you tried heating it with a blow torch?
As you've rounded the bolts off anyway, you can cut a slot into them and use a massive screw driver to undo them too with somebody leaing on the top of the screw driver and an adjustable wrench on the base of the screw driver.

I used copius amounts of Loctite Freeze & Release spray,

followed by the right size allen socket bit.

Normal L-shaped allen keys are useless for this kind of thing.
