I have only had the bike 2 years but with it being a 1990 it must have been on there a while and seized on !!!!!!!

Have you tried heating it with a blow torch?

As you've rounded the bolts off anyway, you can cut a slot into them and use a massive screw driver to undo them too with somebody leaing on the top of the screw driver and an adjustable wrench on the base of the screw driver.

Some plus gas may also help if heat does not.

Use heat and/or some penetrating oil. Also try using an impact driver.

I used copius amounts of Loctite Freeze & Release spray,

followed by the right size allen socket bit.

Normal L-shaped allen keys are useless for this kind of thing.

If that doesn't work, others may suggest using heat.

Hi

Impact driver is almost certainly needed. Most disk bolts are fitted with thread lock (normally already on new disk bolts), and heat will help to break this down.

All the best
