If they're washers it's literally just a case of taking them out. You might want to balance the carbs afterwards although I found mine didn't need it.

when people had the restrictors in, did they find the bike struggled to rev past 6k in neutral. i have just fitted some, and it wont rev past 7000 very well atall?

also, any chance you can measure the sizes of the holes on the restrictors? i think my hole was 12mm, but i want to check that its the right size.

thanks

The restrictors will surely affect the running, but not revving in neutral is odd.

Did you put them in between the carbs and engine or in between the airbox and carbs?

Were the holes off-set or in the middle of the restrictors? If off-set, did you put them in with the holes lowest, or just anyhow?

holes were in the middle. between the engine and carbs. the carbs are seated properly etc. the bike will rev past 6k, but very reluctantly. its basically just an overexagerated flat spot i think?
