I can't help but name all my vehicles.

I picked her up last october/november time with no MOT, in need of a new set of tyres, back end with snapped seat mounts, missing seat. I haven't had the chance to MOT it or put new tyres on it as I've not passed my test yet, booking my Mod 1 for June!

Only things I have done so far;
- Replaced back fairing
- Replaced battery
- Removed carbon surrounds + yoke cover
- Swapped carbon front mud guard with original red one
- Fixed a few bulbs

Things that will be done soon;
- MOT
- 2 New tyres (BT090) had a quote of £225 fitted
- Original indicators (instead of the tacky carbon fakes on atm)
- Double bubble smoked screen
- Exhaust needs a bit of welding
- Sandblast wheels (paint red or black, can't decide)

Can't wait to get her on the road, had her ticking over on the drive a few times whilst giving her a good clean. Before taking these photos i found a 18 year old unopened bottle of 3M hand glaze, tried it on my dad's car and it came up fantastic. Tried it on Holly and it looked awesome. Wish I'd had a go at those downpipes!

She seems to run well, obviously not took her for a spin yet! Sounds gorgeous idling, only took her up to above 6k as I've never had chance to warm her up properly. I never liked the look of VFR's, mainly the twin headlights, but the more and more I looked at them I gradually loved them + the single sided swingarm is awesome!

Hey Billing, I'm at uni at the mo, I should be back home start of June. It's pretty good condition, minor scrape or two on the top if I remember correctly. It has four threads, I think one of the metal threads has fallen out but I put it to one side as it could just be super glued back in.

When I get home either pick it up from me in Nottingham, Colwick or I'll mail it to you if you pay the postage =]

Oh and yeah you can have it free I'll never stick it back on Smile

Def looks better with the red mudguard.

Is it me or is the seat unit slightly twisted?

She looks clean though, I have much love for the nc30's Thumbs Up

If the rear tail unit looks twisted it's probably because I'd just had it off before that picture to charge the battery up, when I sat on it after that picture it clicked into place, I think it got caught on the inside on a lug.

Sam I picked it up for £1050

You've made me panic a bit now Sad If the subframe is twisted is it a big job to replace? I just checked on eBay and can pick one up for like £25 off eBay, I'm sure it's just the way I had it on the bike though, hope so anyway! Soon see!

Its not that difficult to replace the subframe, it just takes a bit of time due to all the stuff bolted to it.

If you do change it dont take the undertray out till the frame is off and remember to put the undertray on the new subframe before you put it onto the bike. Can be a bit of a swine if you forget.

Its not twisted, and it could be the plastics, i hope you know that plastic sat on metal can sit incorrectly? Thumbs Up Laughing

Yeah I'm feeling more confident it's just the plastics, at least the red line seems to line up the petrol cap and tyre so it runs true in that sense.

Just booked my train ticket home for the start of June, going to give riding school a bell tomorrow and book my first 2-hour ride, then I'll ask him what he thinks of my riding, get Mod 1 booked and book some practice hours!
