what bike we riding, is it the standard gear leaver or after market, also how bent is bent,
if its only slightly bent it may straighten but prob require a bit of heat
pics of offending article is always good, helps to diagnose ____________________ "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 100 MPH THATS IMPOSSIBLE Its chinese OFFICER."

any metal becomes brittle when stressed, bent back about 45 degrees is a long way bent, i would definatly use heat to bend it back but the likly hood is it will snap,
just hitting it with a hammer isnt an option if it is alloy without heating carefully it will almost cirtainly snap
i would see if i could replace it personally ____________________ "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 100 MPH THATS IMPOSSIBLE Its chinese OFFICER."
