Now it is important that you pay attention, that is, if you wish to have a faster bike:
You need to get yourself one stick of kitkat and break it up into five equal pieces.
Three go in the tank.
The other two go up your nose.
Yes, it may sound silly, but trust me, the choclate and wafer combined will act like a turbo in your engine.
The two up your nose will also aid in helping you react quicker
Remember, only one stick of kitkat!
Word of advice: save up the foil after each kit kat and you can use it to get a nice chrome effect on your zorst. |

1. Take the cover off the drive belt.
2. Take the 17mm nut off the variator. You might need an air wrench though as it usually is tight and needs to be shocked off
3. Remove the spacer that prevents the variator moving fully out.
4. Check if you have a pink wire coming from the rear gear pulley to the CDI. If you do, disconnect it.
Enjoy |

wow,
you guys, gee whiz, im sure you all were learner riders at some point,
i think i would have been pretty fucked off by the answers given so far
(excluding stuartadair's)
the asker, used reasonably good english, reasonable grammar,
and didn't sound like a little chav,
any way kurtishill93
pretty much as stuart has said,
with the addition of rollers,
if you have trouble getting the 17mm nut off the variator,
i use a standard "hamonic balancer remover"
https://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i237/Big-F00T/MISC/pulley_stock_puller.jpg
on the fan side of the crank
(unbolt the fan cover, remove the fan, and loosly bolt the remover to the bolts that the fan used, the long side of the puller will jam and allow you to unbolt the nut on the other side)
once you have remover the washer in the valiator
https://www.scootnfast.com/images/derestrict04.jpg
then i would change the rollers to 7 gram ones,
in my experience, thats a nice balance between top speed and acceleration,
the next thing is exhaust and cdi
you can get both from here along with loads of other tuning parts, and engine spares
good luck ____________________ the humans are dead
