Dont think its a GSXR fairing or lights.
Looks like a standard fairing that they did on some models of GS. (Slingshot?) ____________________ Suzuki GT250 x7------- Fazer 600------CB250RS------Aprilia Rally 70----- Bandit 600

it looks like a "spec II" aftermarket fairing,
anyway back to your problem
1st check that you have 12v at the red wire on the ignition switch
if so then with the key "on" check that you have 12v coming out on the orange wire,
the orange wire feeds everything, if there is damage too the wire or the ignition, then you won't be able to turn on the lights or even start it ____________________ the humans are dead
