cg 125 tapets

hi does any one know the tappet setting for a cg 125 its a 2002 model

ok so thats not my problem its rattling really loud and i have replaced the piston and rings

Check for wear in your rocker arms and pushrods, also check for wear on the face of the camshaft and associated linkages, is your rocker gear firmly bolted onto the head and check for bent pushrods.

did it run low on oil ?

mine had bugger all oil left when the tappets started to sound epiclly loud,i also changed piston and rings when this happened

yea it did run low on oil it is epiclly loud and i cant work apparently i had a bent push rod but my dad bent it back but its still noisy

I would replace the push rod, if the bike was run low on oil you can expect cam wear and possibly valve guide wear, was the big end and the main bearings all o.k when you changed the piston?
