Open a dispute and say the buyer has not paid for the item. Problem with this is I think you have to wait a while... anyway, if you do that you will recover all the fees involved.

Send it then, if a dispute is opened saying he didn't receive it then give paypal your tracking number.

Report him to ebay.....

Bought it, now does not want to pay as he has bought another one cheaper elsewhere.
Twats like this need weeding out.

This is where the ability of the seller to leave negitive feedback is missing. Would warn future sellers that this guy is to be avoided.

Tell him sorry but buy it now means just that. Tell him it was sent on Sat after he emails you....
He will just have to resell it himself if he does not want it.

Can buyers leave neg feedback to sellers?
Im sure a while ago the rules changed. You could only leave possitive or neutral feedback. Unless its changed again?
As I once found out having a bad time with a seller, i couldnt leave him negitive Thumbs Down

Buyers can leave negative, sellers can't.

Seems reasonable to offer a refund minus costs - ebay fees and a bit out for your time/hassle, etc.

ebay is great for buying but from now on I sell pick up only and cash on collection so we can show them the item and make sure there happy.

I sold a clock on ebay recently and the buying started a dispute because the used item wasnt in new condition, and she won Rolling Eyes

ebay has seriously gone down in the last few years Thumbs Down
