Does anyone know about the likely issues around rebuilding something like this in to a house of it's original silhouette:
https://www.dezrez.com/Drapp/Search.ASP?WCI=PortalBrochure&WCE=01779021&Template=PortalBrochure&PortalID=72&eaid=91

I'm presuming of course that it could be shown it was previously used as a house at some point a long time ago.

Just idle curiosity so far.

Rebuilding the house wouldn't really be my focus in a case like this.

However, I believe having a house that I was in the processes of rebuiliding would make it a lot easier to build a variety of 'outbuildings' and have a fairly large (motorhome) lorry parked there.

You may well find it difficult, I grew up close to that area and suffice to say that you're not a local so there will be a fair amount of drag with anything requiring feedback or approval from local authorities.

Ta, Tamacsurfer - expected something along those lines, thus looking to see if it's likely I can make my plans work with little/no official permission needed.

That's just one example, though quite a good one as there seems to be a motocross track of some kind on the property next door Very Happy.
