I dont have anything to remove it as I've never come across this type of bolt before, so, anyone know what it's called?

A normal 12-point socket should fit that. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Cheers everyone.
I didn't really want to use a set of molegrips on it, I'd rather get the right socket for it.
So, for those that said a male torx requiring a female torx socket, take a bow
And Pete, you are right, I could tap a 12 point over it, but hay, it's an excuse to get a few more tools ____________________ ZXR750R (M2) - For the road.
